I agree with Angie, we have been going to Skin Cancer and Dermatology for years. They are excellent! But fair warning, sometimes it takes a while to get in! Example, I called yesterday, 4/23 and the earliest I can get in to see my derm is 6/27!

I went to Skin Cancer and dermatology in Carson. Switched to Dr. Salm. I had a quarter sized a a nickel sized cancer removed from my face 2 years ago. You cannot see scars. You will not be able to schedule check ups with Dr. Salm but Jeanne is great. Dr Salm does any cutting that needs to be done.

Salm. Only in Minden one day a week. South Lake Tahoe the rest of the week. You will probably be scheduled with Jeanne for check up and normal zapping. She is great. Salm does any cutting that needs to be done. He has cut and stitched a couple of times on my face. Very good cosmetic surgeon. Dr Anthony is in that same office. Not crazy about him.

If it's not really urgent, the In Jesus Name Free Medical clinic, and I mean FREE, will be coming the 3 rd week of Oct, Location has still to be determined, They go anywhere between Walker and Reno, Carson Valley to the lake but most times it's in the Carson City area. The dermatologist is Dr Rowe, one of the best. Look for the announcement here as soon as we know.

Toasted my skin nearly every day as a kid on the beach at Tahoe every summer. Paying the price now. Minden Dermatology has removed our frozen numerous precancerous spots and a few basal cell cancers from my scalp, arms and chest. I go back again next week for more. Not fun, but It can save your life. Good luck!
