Congrats. I just moved into my house this past weekend which is also in Aylmer. I had Craig Keuleman inspect my house. Extremely professional person. He wanted me to follow him around the house and gave me lots of tips, answered questions as we went through and was very thorough. He marks everything down in a binder which you get to keep afterwards. Any imperfections are written down in the notes section and he fills in these handy spec pages which were very convienient when I called for house insurance. I emailed a few times because I was concerned with getting an appropriate inspector. He emailed me back right away answering all my questions. He charged me $395 with tax. The amount was provided in one of the emails before the inspection. Thanks for the recommendations. Follow up: any suggestions in the Gatineau area for: 1) kitchens and cabinets 2) hardwood floor sanding + staining 3) general contract work (drywall, etc)

I used Amerispec here in aylmer. Was very good and left me with a very in depth custom report on how to maintain certain items in the home and preventative maintenance suggestions. I think his name was Steve
