Hi, I just want to say that working as a realtor is one of the hardest, most unstable jobs EVER. I say this as someone who worked in banking and had to deal with a lot of poor realtors. A lot of them were trying to sustain a lifestyle they couldn't afford because they wanted to attract clients. It's a very tough industry, just hope she knows what she's getting into.

Realtors are not needed. Its a industry they created themselves and askfor horrific commissions for no work. I would never use one or recommend that career path.
