And she's pretty good with vet appt. however we adopted a puppy mill dog 3 years ago and he is totally new to being a house dog. Vet appt, grooming, he's afraid of men. Not sure if they are able to do all you have requested but it doesn't hurt to call them and ask. My mom has a beagle terrier mix as well and she is extremely timid. We suspect she was abused also, its heart breaking. She takes her to this vet as well and it has always been a great experience.

The vet place behind the Petco on Randal in Batavia has Dr. David Kaufman. He is so very kind and gentle. His mom was a nurse so he was raised to be compassionate. I am old and cannot remember the name of the place. Also, the waiting room is usually not crowded and "scary" because they move u back to a room relatively quick. PS I know ur MIL.

Animal House: Dr. Sage and Dr. Gebhard. My family and friends all go there because all doctors get on the floor vs table and they are so compassionate. They treat your animals like they are your family. I love the staff!

I use Orchard Road Animal Hospital - they give shots in the exam room and are very kind. They have examined my dog and given his shots on the table and on the floor so if you asked for the floor I know they would accomodate you. Dr. Huffman, Dr. Kennedy, and Dr. Distajo are all gret.

Dr. Petsche at Loyal Companions has been a lifesaver for us! She is so patient and you can really feel her love for animals! There is no waiting room... they bring you right into your room, where they have a bed like ottoman for your pet, music that's soothing, windows in each room. I can't stress enough how wonderful it is there. Like no vet we have ever been too... and we have tried quite a few in the area. The whole staff is so dedicated to making you and your pet comfortable with every visit. I highly recommend making an appointment. You can even do a conditioning appointment just to meet them and introduce your fur baby:)

(Cats are up on the table...which makes sense) My dog has to go in for multiple shots and I have asked that he not be taken to the back. And he's not.

We always had a good experience at Animal House in Geneva. They did examine my dogs on the floor. All vaccination we done in front of me. Plus they were very accommodating with my dogs traveling plans to NYC

Dr Vogel at St Charles vet is very kind and intune with the animals ... she sits on the floor with them and gives the shots and the dogs do not even know what happened. Plus if you go there they have an emergency vet service all night and on the weekends that can access your pets file in case of an emergency.

Amy, please check out Valley Animal Hospital. Valley is an all female vet practice and I love everyone there. I would recommend Dr. Wiechmann and Dr. Humphrey. A friend of ours recommended them to us when we adopted our golden doodle, Jack. Let’s not forget their front office staff, who are all amazing. I know it’s hard trying to find a new practice, but coming from someone who has worked customer service his entire life, I would never take my “son” anywhere else. I hope you and your pet are able to find someone you trust, just as we did a little over three years ago.

We've taken our cats to Banfield for many years and have always been on their Wellness plan. They actually contact us when it's time for their semi-annual comprehensive check-ups and they keep track of when vaccines are due. They also help us stay diligent with their annual teeth cleaning. We have one cat who has tummy issues and every time he needs to see the vet, it's basically "free" unless he needs special medicine. I think we pay $57 each month for our 2 cats. The cost of the dental cleaning alone is worth it. And Dr. Chun is awesome!

Dr. Lancaster at Sugar Grove Animal Hospital is great. We have 2 of our dogs at Banfield and our bulldog at Sugar Grove. The cost is about the same.

Been using them for about 9 years for our dogs. The only complaint I have is lack of continuity of care. That is, it seems they change primary vets every so often, so they maybe don't get to know your pet as well as a regular vet's office where the docs are usually there for much longer. Cost-wise I think it's a good deal, especially if you have an older dog like we do and you need to go in for office visits more frequently. I just had a fabulous experience at Millbrook on Randall Road. I took my german shepherd there for the last 13 years but when Dr. B. retired to Florida I wasn't sure about the new Doctors(just I don't like change). My Ali had an emergency (I thought maybe a stroke) and they got her in within an hour, offered to help me get her out of the car, had a room ready and got a blanket for floor so she didn't slip and slide. I thought it was going to cost a lot but it was very reasonable and they gave me options of how I wanted to handle everything. She is much better and was diagnosis with Old Dog Vestibular Syndrome.

Dr. Harder and Dr. Strong at Meadow View Vet Clinic. They are a husband and wife team. The office is on Lark St., which is right off Keslinger directly across from Delnor. I HIGHLY recommend them. I take my own animals and have taken my foster dogs there. All of my dogs are girls and have been spayed by them and you can't even tell they had surgery, the suturing was fantastic and it healed up so well, no scar!:)
