Thanks Ken. I'm retired Fire 32 years and I am aware about ISO ratings. At Co Co fire we used to scramble to get our apparatus in tip top shape to increase our ratings. Our home is a totally defensible dwelling with a hydrant 100 yards away and Sta 72@two miles away. Liberty originally took those parameters into account. Liberty does not do that anymore. Their NEW Liberty policy is strictly on a Zip Code basis. I spoke with a AAA Agent and they still do a individual home assessment.
