Definitely NOT Arctic Service (unless you want to get used parts and be charged for new parts, over charged and HORRIBLE quality workmanship!) Seriously! Personal experience.... Had to hire someone to come rip out the whole NEW system that he installed... (Everything was wrong!) ....And had to hire someone to replace the whole thing! Also, he gave me a bogus warranty (wrong serial number!)
