I wish I had seen this when you were looking. We did a small guest house remodel and had the best contractor we could have asked for. Leonard Miranda does amazing work and follows thru with everything he says!

We've had requests for quotes for locks, patio concrete, lawn services... all the things you need when moving into/augmenting your house. We were upset that many of the companies don't return calls or come out and never submit quotes. Either they're not interested in the work or are too busy, common decency and good business dictates you CALL people back who make inquiries and inform them of your business decision. Customer services around here seem to be lacking from restaurant employees to stuff like this.
