Dr. Robert Frederickson at the Georgetown Arosti Office. He is a local boy who grew up here, went to school and returned. His service and compassion is extraordinary.

Dr Shepard with Discover Chiropractic would be my first stop.

Depending on how severe your hernia is - my experience was pt, acupuncture, chiropractic, pain med injections into the spine all were a waste of time. Get an MRI, find out how bad it is and if warranted have a microdiscectomy. I was in hospital one day, have a 1/2" scar and have been completely pain free ever since. Dr Santman at Scott and White fixed me.

My mom has orders for physical therapy after having some knee surgery (not a replacement). The surgeon's office said to just "pick a place". Any recommendations?

I did EMS for several years and worked closely with Reliant Rehab in round rock. Always heard great feedback there! And one of my good friends is a chiropractor at Airrosti here in Georgetown and he's got a great program going there. Dr. Robert Fredrickson.
