Contact these guys here it's all they do.The Texas Oak Wilt Certification (TOWC) program is administered by the Texas Forest Service. This program is only available to ISA Certified Arborists. I believe the class is available once a year (in June). Check with the ISA Texas chapter (isatexas.com) or with the Texas Forest Service (texasoakwilt.org).
