Yes, I have. It took 2 years and dozens of professionals. Greg Padgett ended up FINALLy finding the leak and put me in touch with a group who actually knew how to fix it. Greg and his wife use a thermal detection system. I could not recommend he and his wife more!!! Please PM me if you have any specific questions!

Alys, I thought ours needed repaired. But after Brian Elder came out (Brian Elder Roofing), he got with State Farm and we got a brand new roof ($16,000) for our $500 deductible. You might try him. It was a HAPPY story!!
