Smart Orthodontics hands down for the ortho. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Bateman and Dr. Susan Judah (she's a naturopath). Everyone I know goes to Pediatrics NW - Our doc just retired, but we're now seeing Dr. Judge and Dr. Oltmann both of whom came highly recommended by several people. Clark Dental Group is very good.
