Call Alta Vista Animal Hospital and ask what their fee is and whether or not they do a payment plan. Your friend would have to have a valid debit card or a blank check for any vet to be able to set up a payment plan .

Lori Milroy - have your friend check with Central Arizona Animal Rescue. They have a FB page. They have a lot of GSD's along with other dogs, but two of my good friends adopted their GSD's from them.
