You can also visit care.com they don't only do child care but pet care as well. And they do background checks and everything :) I do my childcare and pet sitting side jobs off of there :) hopefully that helps hun!

Call Alta Vista Animal Hospital and ask what their fee is and whether or not they do a payment plan. Your friend would have to have a valid debit card or a blank check for any vet to be able to set up a payment plan .
