Katz and Dogs Wellness Clinic on 81 st Ave and Union Hills is low cost. You can try to go down to either Maricopa County Animal Control location on the 1 st of every month to get a free voucher. They go fast though.

Pratts Pet in El Mirage, Grand Ave. Tues 1-5 pm only - first come first serve, no appointments. I had to pay $56 to a Vet for 2 shots rather than $4.99 each, cause I didn't know til today. Check with Horse, Feed, farm type places, one in Surprise, buy it there & give it to your dog yourself, thats the cheapest. Also can order online but postage is high (can not go Pony Express). Only shot you can't give is Rabies, County has certain time of year when its FREE, must wait in line, no appointments.
