Please contact Midwestern university veterinarian school. They have licensed and skilled veterinarians do the surgery. My lab ripped off both shoulders after a big dog ran full impact in to my dog without notice. 8000.00 quote from 4 vets. Mid western was 70% cheaper and got my dog in quickly. He healed fully and can not tell he was so broken. I love Midwestern veterinarian program! Highly recommend. Good luck
Penny P. replied:
We have found Dr. Lurtzman to be the best after some bad experiences. Call his office and ask. Call University Animal Clinic in Tempe, they have a doc who does the surgery.
Penny P. replied:
There are brace systems that may help-mobility may never be good tho. Look online for TPLO surgery alternatives. I am so sorry. there are quite a few docs who do the procedure now, ask for compassion. BE VERY CAREFUL AFTER THE SURGERY TO KEEP THE DOG DOWN AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY.
Cindy S. replied:
North central vet Dr Anderson on 16 th st and Bell rd should be at least half of that. There is another Dr Anderson in Mesa too. He may be good to contact.

Dr Donald Holmes N Kenilworth Vet Care602-3743091 This is my personal veterinarian I travel all the way from Queen Creek to this office on 7 th and McDowell. And it's worth every minute of the trip. I have referred a number of people to him in similar situations and he has always been a lot cheaper than the other estimates. Feel free to tell him I referred you. It's not worth anything other than I get a brownie point. He's also a rabbit expert!
Michelle W. replied:
If you can take the time call Dr Jeff ricky mountain vet in Colorado. Even with gas and lodging cost will be less.
Brittany P. replied:
Dr Moody worked great for me! My Great Dane had a dislocated knee grade 4 with no groove. They had to do bone shaving and pins and needles to hold in the patella. He never charged for office visits. The surgery with everything (keeping in mind X-rays and a huge dog!) was 2500. I’m very thankful for him. And he worked out of a clinic not a mobile van or anything.
Denise B. replied:
Our Pitty tore both within 3 months of each other $4200 a piece. See if you can use Care Credits or Credit Card, that's what we had to do. Met Rudy, the bionic dog!

Our little girl pulled the same stunt right before Xmas. I feel your stress, my friend. We paid 2,500 for the surgery. That included $300 worth of laparoscopic treatment that you can elect not to get. It was the cheapest I found when calling around getting quotes and they were excellent with her. We used White Tank Animal Hospital in Surprise. They will arrange a payment plan for you. Good luck to you and Puppy
