I need gym membership suggestions please. Nothing crazy expensive. I have an autoimmune disease so I can't do anything super strenuous. Thx

Lillian Marie Kerny-Schmidt, do you take any kind of silvers? I have 2 auto immune issues and spent several weeks at Hippocraties health Institute in West Palm Beach. One of the things they started me on was Sovereign Silver. Pilates might also be a help. Betsey Dunleavy was instructing last time I knew.

I belong to Ayo Fitness in Middletown- everything you could want- gym, classes, crossfit, child care and personal training. They have specials right now too- $49 a month for unlimited gym and classes and other great deals

Lillian Marie Kerny-Schmidt I agree with everything Janeen Leclerc Lorenzo posted. But it's more than the type of exercise you choose. With MCTD you need to work with someone who understands your medical & exercise needs, understands your possible limitations/contraindications and can give you a sustainable exercise prescription based on those things. You cannot simply go to Planet Fitness. You need a good coach/trainer that can work with you on meeting goals while maintaining your health and your safety. Barry Steven Chait is only one I would trust with that. I would stop in and talk to him. You won't really find any one more knowledgeable than him.

Swimming is low-impact and full body. The Goshen pool is $25/month if you buy the individual annual membership. https://www.teamunify.com/About.jsp?_tabid_=156479&team=mrgp

Planet Fitness is $10 a month if you're willing to go out to Middletown. Hope your condition improves.:(
I'm looking for daytime fitness classes. Yoga, spin, etc. I'm here in Goshen for 4 more weeks and really need to get in better shape, but I cant commit to a lengthy gym...
What gym options are in the area? Preferably something with group classes and childcare. I used to be a member of Straub's- was looking for something different.
