Contact Service Canada and they will provide a letter validating CPP and OAS ....be sure that the letter states that you receive it every month....it takes about three weeks for them to prepare the letter. Sorry cannot help with the new application process and authentication required...we are residents and the renewal process is slightly different. I would not recommend reproducing bank statements .....Service Canada pension info is sufficient if you receive the minimum required for residency in Nicaragua.

Jose Salgado You have to bring a certification from the Consulate in the county you were born, with this certification you have to go to El Consejo Supremo Electoral as Michael Peart commented.
