I do, and don't you dare use a Rivas or San Juan lawyer. The best lawyers do not live there but used to so that they know their way around.

Ignore the customs scare stories. Use a good customs agent and you'll be fine. I have used Mai Rivas El-Azar (Asapsa) for 10 years with no issues. People who have issues either try and be "smart" and do it themselves, or have a bad customs agent.
