Edmond Roney is right here. The Wisconsin Tenant Handbook or whatever it's called is your guide to all your requirements as well as the legal defenses you have. Did the landlord highlight anything in the lease that was considered non standard? Did they point out to you what was non standard?

De, I use Chem Dry. Dries in an hour and the cleaning solution doesn't contain harsh chemicals. I have used them twice and have been very satisfied.

Deanna Voorhees who is the guy we used, he was a super nice guy. In his book he had "freebies" marked for people who knew would have a hard time paying. He moves your furniture as well and was pretty cheap.
