we used inspect-rite quality home inspections llc when we bought this house. he was prompt and we thought very thorough. our realtor uses this company, and she's a shark that you want representing your best interests. 866-826-7117. i've always followed the advice NOT to use the inspector that the seller recommends, for obvious reasons. did your realtor recommend one to you?
