We apparently don't have ANY listed on our website! Yikes!...

I go to Dr. McConnell - she's great, and has been incredibly helpful, informative, and supportive to me. She's actually the one who caught my melanoma early. http://www.skindox.com/

Anyone at Greensboro Dermatology - really like Dr. Jones and the two female docs there, but can't remember their names.I've seen different docs there and they've all been great.
Can anyone recommend a good dermatologist in the Greensboro area?
Susan K. replied:
I like Dr Laura Lomax at 964 7546 ón st nice street, right by the former Hama at Lakeside. We met her a couple of years ago when her son Lauten interned for Paul., and then was hired full time. Hope Gruber on Elam Ave is really good, too, and I like supporting women doctors, add youcan see.. I stopped using the practice when I learned that one of her PAs, who is some tyne years gone, was telling patients' personal information to others in social soma (is meet her in a social setting). But Hope is really good, and that PA moved to Boone before she could get fired. I also used to use Skin Surgery Center on Battleground circle, because the dermatologist could find something and then, if needed, do any treatment or surgery right there. But the dermatologist I really liked retired and the very young replacement was not very thorough in her examination.
Susan K. replied:
That's St Jude Street for Dr Lomax.. My phone can't spell
Dr Steinhelfer at GSO Dermatology is wonderful! I started seeing her after Dr Turner retired and really like her!

Amy Jordan is excellent but I would think all in that practice are great.
Susan D. replied:
Probably can't get in with Amy, maybe Drew, but I go to Susan Steinhelfer and like her a lot. Guess she is back from maternity leave. Recommend Greensboro Dermatology.

Barbara B. replied:
Dr. Zoe Draelos. She's on Main Street in High Point, but worth the drive. She specializes in cosmetic dermatology and she writes for all kinds of magazines. I wouldn't let anyone but her cut anything off my body.
Barbara B. replied:
She took a mole off my nose that Dr. Tafeen said would be impossible to remove without leaving a scar that would look worse than the mole. I went to Dr. Draelos and she took it off with absolutely no scar. I found her by reading one of her articles in Ladies Home Journal a few years ago.
Greensboro peeps! Need a recommendation for a great Dermatologist in town! Dr Turner's retirement has left us looking! Not happy with his replacement!
Lisa S. replied:
I love Zoe Draelos in High Point. I have been to several in GSO and have been dissatisfied. I have a rare skin disorder and she knew exactly what is was and has been the only one able to treat it.

Lisa S. replied:
We go to Dr. Bruce McCoy on Elam Ave...near Wesley Long. Small practice, just one doctor. He's a Christian and goes to Westover and, in fact, hands out Evangelical tracts to all of his patients.:-)
Jessica C. replied:
We have a phenomenal dermatologist in Asheboro. His name is Todd Williams and he works at (owns) Asheboro dermatology. I know it is a drive but you definitely shouldn't have to wait that long.
