Check out your local Tractor Supply store, They have vet clinics every weekend and are very reasonable. I had my dog chipped there for $19.

If you do not have any dental insurance, and you meet the low income requirements, you may be able to get free dental care at the Catholic Charities dental clinic in downtown Pittsburgh. The dentists and staff there are all volunteers.

Humane Society behind Lynch Field in Greensburg. Check their website. Clinic Days on Tuesday and Saturday. Great care at unbelievable prices. They also take appointments too. A little more than the clinic but still better than your average vet. They have spayed and neutered several of our pets,

Call the Humane Society of Westmoreland County in Greensburg or Action For Animals in Latrobe. Both are much less expensive than most places, both offer rabies clinics, too.
