You'll want to find someone who knows about gut health as autoimmune diseases stem from the gut. I used to see Dr Sara at Integretive Health and Wellness and liked her and saw decent results (even when pregnant also), but have found better results elsewhere. I think she would be a good start however. And she is so chipper and nice
