Is there still a spa/jjimjilbang in the NC Wave building? If so, is it a nice one and what are the prices like? What about prices for the Hyundai Wellbeing Land Spa?...

May I know that anyone knew where can provide a good spa massage or something likes Thai massage at Buk-gu or Gwangsan-gu? Also how's the fees? Million thanks!
Erin S. replied:
It's not Thai massage, and it's downtown, but it's really great! http://gwangjublog.com/food-and-body-a-great-place-to-get-a-massage/
can anyone recommend a good spa or jjinjjilbang in the city or near by?
Stel D. replied:
All of them are good, but i would agree with Damyang Spa. It really is worth the trip. Cheomdan Ocean'S Spa is good, but a bit pricey. Although if you were going to Damyang it's kinda the same. But if travel is also included, i would recommend Boseong Spa (somewhere near the green tea plantation). It's really nice

I've also been to Big Spo and it's pretty standard. If it's your first time, go with a Korean friend, for sure, but you'll have a great time there. Lots of options. The one in Naju (in the waterpark) is nice, as well, but expensive.
sauna recommendations in Gwangju? I know of the Damyang Spa but are there any others in Gwangju or surrounding areas that anyone has been to and is good?
Hello, I am moving to Gwangju in a month or so and would like to know if anyone can give me some advice about gyms? I am looking for the best gym the area has to offer...
