Well I don't know of anyone in Hadar. But if you ask generally and not because of something urgent, and you are willing to compromise on the location, then Anat Rosenzweig from the Clalit clinic inside the Technion campus is a great GP and very recommended. I don't know of any other GP's apart from my GP in Tivon which is a fantastic doctor, but I am afraid will be too far for ya.

One of the larger Macabi Clinics is at 73 Hertzl. Though I don't know if they will deal with travel insurance. They do have a central Booking number, you might try #3500 to ask.

I like Lillian Bloom in the Horev Center. When we need more time, she just asks me to ask for two appointments together. Her manner is calm and quiet and she patiently listens. You can book your appointment online.

You may have to come into Haifa for these specialized physicians. The very best pulmonary surgeon/specialist in Haifa is Prof. Lael Anson Best at Rambam. You would have to check if he is on the Maccabi list or if you can get a referral to him. Rambam also has a specialized pain clinic. You will need a referral from your family doctor for any specialist visit or ambulatory service.
