Off the top of my head, Dundas community Services. They have a Volunteer friendly visiting and a Volunteer friendly calling program....

you might want to check in with Catholic Family Services; and/or CCAC -- they should be able to give you lots of refs.

In the meantime, if the senior in question is looking for opportunities to get out, WelcomeInn CommunityCentre has a weekly seniors program on Tuesdays -- you can call 905-525-5824 & and talk to Elizabeth. I think the YMCA and YWCA both have day programs that might be helpful...
