Can anyone recommend a good daycare in the Harrisburg area?

Are they pace feeding her? Typically it should be 1-1.25 oz per hour baby is away from you. If not, and she's not going through a growth spurt, your guess that they are overfeeding her is probably correct. Here's a link with info on pace feeding. There's also great info for maximizing pumping on the pumping page of the website. http://breastfeedingmamas.org/pumping/bottle-feeding/ Hope this helps! Good luck! :-)

ask your pediatrician, a lot of there kids have gone to them. Hopefully they can direct you. If she is in a growth spurt they do eat a lot more. But I really do think you should give a private daycare or personal in home babysitter a try. Care.com. ...See More

We moved here in 2006. All of our grandchildren attend the schools from Kindergarten to High School and are getting great educations. Patriot Elem is a STEM school and there is an school close by too. There are lots of recreation opportunities and many daycares to choose from. We even have a Facebook site: Harrisburg NC, GREATEST city in North Carolina! Lots of parent participation in the schools too!

My daughter has been going to The Ruckus house in Harrisburg for 3 years. She goes full time 7 am to 6 pm. They provide a breakfast snack (which is pretty much breakfast) lunch and an afternoon snack. So i never have to prepare food for her. I like their lesson plans and she does well there.
