RICE - rest, ice, compression, elevate. You may be developing tendinitis. Let it heal before you start running again. Knee problems are usually never knee problems. Pain in the knees comes from a whole kinetic chain of nonsense. Incorporate basic strength training to strengthen your glutes, hips, calves, etc. when you start running again. And yes. Fleet Feet. Go.
