Does anyone remember, and maybe have pictures of, the barbershop on the south side of Reservoir St. between 10th and 11th? There was a small store on the SW corner of...
That's likely a different barbershop then. I went to Lanphier and I recall the shop on the SW corner of 11 th/NG. My step grandfathers shop was on the south side of Reservoir, right by the alley, between 10 th and 11 th. I remember that much because my parents owned rental property on 10 th in the 1100 block (between Reservoir and Division) as it was right around the corner from his shop. Still, if Mr Brown has been there that long, he'll likely remember his shop.

Reach out to your local chapter to see if they can help. BHS as a whole is trying to get more youth interested. If your local chapter doesn't have the resources, try your district or check out BHS.org, which I believe has resources for youth singers as well.

I don't know everything or even much at all, but I'm pretty sure you can take almost any barbershop arrangement you can find and sing it without adaptation--so long as you know your singers and can arrange them in Tenor-Lead-Baritone-Bass it will sound exactly as it should. I actually think going out there and trying to find a "men's choir barbershop" piece will produce some pretty bad arrangements. You don't really want an arrangement. That's just my 2 cents. I could very well be wrong and someone should correct me if I am.

Try shop.barbershop.com, many of the songs will have a snippit from the equal mix learning track to give you an idea of the song. You can check out the several multitrackers on YouTube, but most of their songs are the more "popular" barbershop songs, and you'll miss some good chestnuts ("Sing Me That Song," for example, which is an absolutely gorgeous piece, both the Larry Wright arrangement and the Ed Waesche arrangement). For those "fresher" songs, talking to the director or music team of a barbershop chorus near you, as already suggested, would be your best bet.
Also, once you get your music, talk to the aforementioned director about coaching your choir. Barbershop is a very different style than choral music, so having someone knowledgeable will be very helpful.
