Cat is Hot and saturates the pad quickly, you must use heat to remove it and clean an area 4 x larger than the pee spot. Enzymatic cleaners take months to actually eat the bacteria. Your carpet backing will rot by then

NOTHING worked for us. We had to remove all the carpet. We tried EVERYTHING. Stanley steemer made our house smell 200 times worse. Natures MIracle was a joke. We ripped out the carpet, bought new hardwoods and have never had an issue since.:)

I've used Odor Mute in the past, don't know if its still available but it works awesome, and I say anything that can get the skunk smell out within 20 minutes is awesome
