Soooo depends what you want to do. Right now the picosure laser is the best and only one place has it that I know of. You can google the laser too and people will talk about it. Its the only way to get them removed without scarring. I have had I think 2 or 3 sessions and one of my wrist tattoos looks like fading permanent marker. Its kind of incredible. If the artist was heavy handed though it will take longer, my other wrist one has faded but it will take twice the sessions http://www.surgical-dermatology.com/ here is the place and yes its expensive I paid 250 for both my wrists per session. If you want you can PM me and I will take a pic of my wrists for you.

I have a fairly large tattoo on my back, covers about 60% of it. Took over 10 hours to get, all black and grey, and it was DARK. I've been having it removed over the past few years by a woman named Ellen Schwartz. She's awesome. It is expensive, hundreds of dollars per session. Mine took around 12 sessions but its over 90% gone. Definitely worth checking out if you have big pieces. https://skincitylaser.com/laser-tattoo-removal/

http://clearoutink.com I got a quarter size tattoo on my finger out in about 4 sessions. I paid $50/session. He may charge more for bigger areas. I can probably do 1 more session and it'll be completely gone but it's pretty faded now that it doesn't really matter. I personally think it's not worth 1 more session of pain anymore. I have over 40 hours of ink on me and laser removal def more painful. Good luck!
