I know of a salon. The prices vary depend on what you do your hair and who does it. I think its out of the price range you were looking for (i went for a wash/condition, blowdry, straighten and trim for $100) but i figured its worth u asking questions about prices. Its in brooklyn; H2 Salon. HTH

I love Brandon at Violet Hour at Cosmo. Pricey but if you get your hair done during the weekdays (I think Monday thru Thursday) there is a discount for locals, 15% I think. My old hairstylist, Chadda Rhu, opened her own salon a few years ago by the Lakes, called Icon. I believe she cuts and dyes still. She's great, hugely experienced and knowledgeable, and blonde is her specialty. Good luck! Edit: spelling
