McKenzie Snyder in Mars Hill is great. I would recommend her over anyone else. She is very understanding, compassionate, doesn't rush through, explains everything, askes questions and gives you options. Very friendly staff. Reasonable fees.

since you live in hendersonville.....hendersonville dentistry - drs clayton sanders and claire black 692-3933 (this is my personal dentist). also dr kenneth merritt 692-6226 ( i have been his patient in the past). i am retired from GE and i left dr merritt because he wasn't in our network, drs sanders and black are. all 3 are excellent dentists.

I vote for [Blue Ridge Community Health](http://www.brchs.com/healthcare-services/dentistry) in Hendersonville also. Their free/sliding scale care is subsidized with other income (grants, donations, & federal funds) that keeps it in a nice facility with good quality clinicians. I get my own dental care there. Biggest/only complaint: sometimes I have to wait 15-20 minutes after my appointment time before going back.
