http://www.dr.alpagut.de/ seemed fine to me, but I've only been there once.
Veronica S. replied:
I just went with my daughter at https://hautarztpraxis-dr-voelkel.de/praxis/ ( a friend that is a doctor recommended her) and so far I am very happy with how she handled us.
it has been asked milion of times but has anyone been recently to any dermatologist in Erlangen that actually takes new patients? it's kind of 'emergency' and I'm tired...
Sarah D. replied:
I have been to Andreas Haakan (not sure of spelling) .. if you say it's an emergency then you get an appointment within a couple of days... otherwise appointments can take a long while. Alternatively I know another dermatologist, closer to me in büchenbach, who are definitely accepting new patients. Let me know if this isn't too far for you!
Sabine A. replied:
I was at Dr.Klotzek's as new patient, but just for a checkup. Can't tell about emergency appointments or his ability to speak English...
Christine O. replied:
I had a skin "emergency" with Aaron and I had the same experience. months for an appointment. I got one the next day in the end at Dr Albrecht in Erlangen but perhaps because I was already on their books. But I explained how urgent / important it was that he been seen immmediately while the lesion was on his skin and not a week later when it's gone!
Lisa B. replied:
I don't know about new patients but I can second the recommendation for Dr Haaken.
Alexia H. replied:
I see Dr. Tina Gagg. I imagine you might be able to at least get an appoinment in her office. I will say, that I have not been thrilled with my Dermatologist Appointments in Germany by anyone I have seen but she is at least nice. My family dr here gave me an Ãœberweisung for a Hautarzt due to a strange rash that she wanted seen that week and it still took me another week to get an appointment. By the time I saw him, it was gone but he still gave me some stupid creme that he said would help and I just looked at him like the idiot he must have thought I was.
Sharron B. replied:
Thanks so much for bringing this up again Julia, I too have met with much frustration about this topic (even from my own private insurance company). Anyway spurred on by this post (& even more googling thanks to the above) I found this https://patient.samedi.de/dashboard I logged in, it let me select English and find someone locally to me. All booked online and there were even appointments for today... Hope that you find someone soon and convenient to where you live AND hope that this 'google' info is useful to anyone else :)
