I agree, I have been going to Dr. Koch for over 3 yrs. and have decided to change, as I feel most recently she really isn't listening to me and just trying to rush me out the door.

http://www.gastroenterologie-herzogenaurach.de I went to Dr. Frau Inga Buss today as she also works with thyroid disorders. She speaks perfectly English and the staff also speaks a little bit. She was super nice and for the first time I got a scan to my thyroid here in Germany, I have to recommend her.

Hello Hens, any recommendations for good English speaking Gynecologist in Erlangen? Thanks in advance!!
Estelle C. replied:
Dr. Ketecioglu on Universitätstrasse, just across from Frauenklinik. Not sure how well she "speaks" English, but she wrote me a certificate in English when I needed it without hesitation. She is a very good gynecologist (in my opinion), she is very knowledgeable and (at least in my case) has been extremely helpful. Good luck!
Hi Hens! Does anyone have advice on which hospital to deliver your baby in Nuremberg? I am due at the end of February and am still trying to understand the process...

I gave birth at Hallerwiese September 2015. It was my 3 rd child. I wouldn’t recommend it when it’s your first. Then I would go to Fürth or Erlangen. The latter is an academic hospital which means it also has very good facilities. Hallerwiese can be very very crowded. I gave birth on a table where they normally only examine you for example. And there were also women giving birth in the hallway at that time. I couldn’t do the under water birth as I wished because it was so crowded. My personal experience was fine though and I had a brilliant midwife. I just wouldn’t recommend it when it’s the first time you give birth.
