TBH, those are pretty easy to fix. Kits at Home Depot for <$25 IIRC...About 10-15 minutes to do.

Replace them all the time. Normally it is just the rubber seal flap. Normally recommend replacing the seal between tank and toilet at the same time. $125 plus parts. Feel free to give us a ring. 5 star rated A rated with BBB all insurance 720 412 4123
