OK 1 st things first is you need to hire a lawyer. The company has insurance. Second you might want to talk to your insurance if all this damage happened because it took so long to put a roof on. I don't want to try and solicit you for buissness as you are going through enough right now. Contact your insurance agent they should have preferred contractors that can take a look at the work.
