Yes. I have an awesome lawyer for you. She was my lawyer and my real estate agent in a complex home purchase 3 years ago and is a tough, funny, no-nonsense, highly intelligent person and great negotiator. Her name is Kate Brooke and her office is in Tigard near Washington Square. She used to represent realtors and has for several years represented consumers and I cannot speak highly enough about her.
