Might just be a typo but posting for anyone who may not know because this is a common mistake, it's actually "sleight of hand" sleight the use of dexterity or cunning, especially so as to deceive. "except by sleight of logic, the two positions cannot be harmonized"

Hire a guy named Goofball the Magician. He does a mixture of silly stuff, some really good magic, balloon animal stuff galore, and great sleight of hand close up magic. He's kind of sarcastic with adults, calling my boss up on stage and making a 12-foot-long "scarf" appear in his mouth, and pulling bananas out of his pants. He was hilarious. We hired him for a dinner event to reward some volunteers, and they loved it.
