Does anyone have recommendations for a music store in town that buys used guitars? I have a bass still in excellent condition I'd like to sell, but have no experience...

Hi! I work at Fullers Guitar in the north heights just off Yale and 610. You can come by anytime and have us take a look at the bass. You'll get more money selling privately but if you're looking to trade it towards another instrument we could discount the instrument more to even out the cost. You should stop by sometime, we have a wonderful shop and staff.

Hopefully this doesn't sound spammy (I have no financial stake in this), but I sell my old guitar gear on reverb.com. The fees are lower than ebay, and it's a fairly popular shopping site. The drawback of course is that it's not an auction, so you have to know what your gear is worth and will likely sell for before you post. Also, you have to deal with shipping. (You can usually get free guitar shipping boxes at one of your local guitar shops, if you ask nicely.)

Rockin' Robin might be my first stop.

How much are you selling it for? Just the guitar itself? How's the condition?

The resale value on guitars is horrid. Bought a Jackson for $800 and 6 months later they only wanted to give me $150 for it. Unless it’s a special edition/rare guitar it’s probably not even worth selling tbh.
Does anyone else wish they still had the musical instrument they played in band? I would love to play the flute again. I just need a flute! Mr. Pletcher was not happy...

Ring slings are great! My little one still asks for his "rainbow" and is going on 18 months now. Wrap You In Love has great tutorials. Here is the one for ring slings. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=JvLpoj_tgmQ

I like ring slings and Little Frog is my go to brand for the budget friendly ones (check out their outlet section). I used a ring sling exclusively as our carrier from 4 to 6 months. But for a bigger baby and working around the house and farm I would probably look into a back carry with a woven wrap, so they're not in the way of whatever you're doing! also, since it's carried on one arm it's not super comfortable for long time. Still great for quick uppies! It's easy to use and quick to get the baby in and out:)
