I think it's called Big Red Bus - runs out of Long Beach. They have a few standard routes and you can customize. Good for bar hopping.

Gold Coast tours.... I used them for several years to take a group of 50 people to Angels games. They picked us up and dropped us back off at a local restaurant I worked at here in HB. Very reasonable priced and they had no problem with us bringing food / booze on the bus.
