HB Jeep has a good package where you pre-pay for oil changes for 2 years and it ends up being pretty cheap. The package also includes tire rotations.

There is a new (law) recommendation that when you get new tires they be put on the back of the vehicle and the old ones be rotated to the front. An honest tire company should have the policy displayed in their lobby somewhere. That being said, I found Pep Boys on Brookhurst to have pretty good deals, and fast.

Discount Tire Centers 7582 Warner Ave. Ask for Guy. They were extremely helpful and professional. ***Costco has good prices, but I had a bad experience there. I had photos developed at Costco, picked them up, and put them straight in my car. Had new tires put on at same time, when I picked up my car, my photos had greasy mechanic finger prints all over them. It was creepy and I complained, but they did not do anything.
