Looking for a shop recommendation in Huntsville AL for PA piercing. I've already checked with the APP and they aren't affiliated with anyone in Alabama and I'm not...

Well. If you are looking for a shop that upholds APP standards in Alabama there are 2. Outlaw Custom Tattoo in Montgomery AL and Flying Tiger Body Modification in Auburn Al. Both use implant grade internally threaded jewelry. Flying Tiger has a piercer who has attended both the Fakir Intensives and the annual APP convention. Outlaw is probably a little closer to you, but I am not sure. You can check out both here: https://www.facebook.com/outlawcustomtattooalhttps://www.facebook.com/flyingtigertattooau There is not really anywhere else in Alabama that I would get pierced (though in the interest of full disclosure I am affiliated with Flying Tiger).

It is really really hard to find one to be honest. No Regrets in Madison has done a few piercings for friends of mine that have turned out well, although not the same piercing. However, when I talked to them about microdermals that didn't give me a warm fuzzy. I ended up going to Kreations and they are alright, but I probably will not be going back for a couple reasons. I have heard about another place off of Jordan Lane (no one I talk to can remember the name), but some of the advice they give for aftercare is wrong. My boyfriend got his tongue pierced by someone at CMB (I think that's what they are called) and it turned out well. While looking for a good piercer, a few people recommended a guy name Carson at Rocket City tattoo and he has some of his work up on Facebook, but I decided not to go to him because he just go to that shop and I wasn't sure how much experience he actually has. I hate to say it, but you might have to go out of town to get it. There are very few places around here that I would trust for something like a PA. Maybe try looking in Nashville or even Birmingham.
