Never took my girl to a Pediatric dentist. She has always gone to Dr. Pugh so I am Recommending Michael Pugh, he has two young sons and is very good with kids. Chiropractor: dr. Rachel Smith. She cares! Her staff is fantastic too. Good luck on your search.
Ashley L. replied:
You HAVE to go to Alabama Pediatric Dental Associates! They have an indoor playground, video games, and prizes afterwards! They also give you a fun picture on your first visit and have a big patient fun day once or twice a year with inflatables and such. Good place for kiddos. Wish I could go there! http://www.alabamapediatricdentists.com/

Also, definitely consider Dr. Patty Long DC. She's in Meridianville but worth the quick drive up the Parkway. I've been to several others before going to her and she really is the best. Very high level of patient care and she really takes time with you to figure out the source of the pain, rather than just treating it, to limit recurring problems.
Ashley L. replied:
Last one: I use Dr. Woods, Opthamologist (though it's been a while... probably need to go back). He did my Lasik about 9 years ago. Opthamologist is a medical doctor and do eye exams. I trust them more than optometrists + insurance covers like a medical doctor instead of optometry coverage, if that matters for your insurance.
Chris W. replied:
