If you go to the clinic opposite Pacha they will see you. My paediatrician is based there his name is Dr Galvin and he speaks perfect English..xx

The best paediatrician we have ever found is Dr Andreas Palberg, he is based in Rosario and works most days. Not sure if he will be on tomorrow as it is weekend and will be an emergency paediatric GP. He is German and speaks perfect English and has looked after our 3.5 yr old since born and 10 month old since born. He is amazing!
