Tender Grooming cut my dog and he got a pretty nasty infection. When I asked them to be more careful (after $200 in vet bills) the owner said that I cut my dog, not them. I actually had to call the Better Business Bureau and report them. I would honestly recommend a corporation like Petsmart just in case something happens, they have policies in line. Petsmart always does great with my pup

We take our little Maltese to Tiffany's Pet Salon in Mint Hill at Lawyers & 51. Mel (Melanie) is the groomer that we go to there and she is wonderful! We usually pay around $35-40 for everything - bath, cut, grooming, nails, ears cleaned, & teeth brushed. Our little dog always comes back with a seasonal bandana & bows:)
