My inspector was Christian Strnad from Iron Gate and couldn't recommend him highly enough. This was my first home and he took the time to walk me through what he was looking at and what he was finding as soon as he saw it. I had his report electronically before he left the property and his findings helped save me almost $10K. I'll definitely use these guys again for my next home purchase (hopefully it'll be a while!).

Under no circumstances do I recommend using Cornerstone Inspection. They fucked us with blatant negligence. Ugh.

Pillar to Post is a franchise inspection company, but I can personally recommend Matt Lottes. He inspected our home and was very thorough. He found a couple of things that may have been nitpicky but the seller gave us cash to cover repairs. http://neindianapolis.pillartopost.com/home
