We did a major reno on our home four years ago. We removed a load bearing wall as well. We used DJ Design out of Woodstock to draw up blueprints and map things out. He is an engineer and can discuss the needs of increasing post sizes in your basement etc to meet code. For the reno, we used Windridge Design and Build with much happiness. We have used them again since to add on a sunroom, so very impressed with their work.
