Martinsburg Animal Hospital on Warm Springs Ave, their rates are reasonable the same as Ark Animal Clinic and the loving atmosphere towards your pet is WAY BETTER than Ark plus they send you emails and post cards as a reminder for your up coming appointments just as if it was your child visiting a doctors office.
