Which Key? If you guys want a quiet, non-touristy place, you know Latham and I will hands down recommend Islamorada! I don't know of any B&B's though, but I'm sure we could find out for you. If you're looking for more of a town, do Key West. You can't go wrong there! I've heard great things about The Duval Inn.
